Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your order. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, Moon Child Trinkets is pleased to offer a return within 7 days of your order’s arrival for a full refund or an exchange/store credit within 7 days of delivery date. Returned merchandise must include original packaging, and must be in the same condition as when it was received. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective. Refunds will be made in the original form of payment unless otherwise specified. Once your return is processed, a refund will be issued for the merchandise amount. Shipping costs cannot be refunded. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to authorize. Sale items are returnable unless otherwise noted on product page as “Final sale”. Personalized styles are made to order and are not returnable. 

Shipping Expectations

All items are custom made to order.
Our current turnaround time is set at 7-10 days. This is to give us enough time to complete orders, wait on materials, and, for those “life happens” moments. We try our hardest to ship out orders as we finish them. 7-10 days is not counting the time the item(s) take during shipping. Delivery time is usually 3-5 days, but may vary due to, but not limited to: Destination, weather delays, USPS, Weekends and Holidays, Incorrect or forwarding addresses, etc.

Once we have created a shipping label for your order, an email will be sent with your tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update in the USPS system. The tracking information will provide a delivery date and keep you up to date with any possible delays.

At this time we are shipping to the United States and all U.S. territories.
